Repeat Prescriptions
If your pet has been seen by a vet in a consultation at Hayle Veterinary Surgery, we can issue repeat prescriptions for most drugs. Please fill in all the fields below so we can complete your order efficiently.
If we are not able to process your request we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
Most repeat prescription checks are performed every 3-6 months depending on the age and condition of your pet. The exception to this are certain incontinence medications, supplements and flea/worming control.
PLEASE NOTE prescription flea and worming control cannot be dispensed unless your pet has been seen by a vet in the last 12 months and a prescription recorded on the pets clinical record.
Please allow at least 48 hours for us to be able to process the request as all prescription items need to be checked by a qualified veterinary surgeon. The items will then be available for you to collect at any time during our opening hours. All prescriptions must be paid for at the time of collection.

Please do not send children under 16 yrs with pets to the suregry unless by prior arrangement with the Veterinary Surgeon. Please do not send third parties with pets, as treatments can be complicated by lack of accurate history.
For safety reasons, please ensure that your pet is adequately restrained whilst on the premises – dogs should be on a lead and cats, rabbits, birds etc in a suitable carrier.
