Order Food
Thank you for choosing to order your food at Hayle Veterinary Surgery and supporting us as a local and independent practice.
Please supply us with as much information as possible so we can swiftly process your order.
All food ordered before 3pm Monday to Thursday will be at the surgery the next day from midday for collection, assuming it is in stock, if not then we will call with an updated delivery date or discuss an alternative diet. Any food orders placed on a Friday will be ready for collection the following Monday from midday.

All fees MUST be paid for at the time of consultation or discharge after treatment. Payment can be made by Cash Delta, Switch, Visa or Access.
Please do not send children under 16 yrs with pets to the suregry unless by prior arrangement with the Veterinary Surgeon. Please do not send third parties with pets, as treatments can be complicated by lack of accurate history.
For safety reasons, please ensure that your pet is adequately restrained whilst on the premises – dogs should be on a lead and cats, rabbits, birds etc in a suitable carrier.
